Autumn wreath hanging tips and advice

During the autumn months, you can spruce up your entry door by hanging an autumn wreath. When hung properly, you will not have to worry about the wreath falling or getting damaged due to the weather conditions. Check your wreath

Firstly, you need to make sure that you have a strong loop attached to your autumn wreath. If the loop is looking a little worse for wear or if it does not seem all that strong, you might want to replace it with a wire or ribbon loop. Make sure that the loop is properly secured to the wreath. It should also be short enough so that the nail from which your wreath is hung is not visible.

A disk is placed on the outside of the window with another disk inside. These magnets come in various sizes so you need to make sure that the one you choose can hold the weight of your wreath.

Wreaths for your garage door

These are usually larger in size and heavier which means that you will need something stronger than a magnet. For this type of autumn wreath, you need to hang it using fishing line and nails. The best part about this hanging method is that fishing line is transparent.

For your door, wall or fireplace

If you do not want to make a hole in your door or walls, you can use adhesive wall hooks or picture fasteners. Just make sure, once again, that they are suited for the weight of your autumn wreath. If you do not use one that is strong enough, your wreath will fall. It might not fall immediately, but eventually it will come crashing down.
