Tatton Park Flower Show 2012 has got the WOW factor
Tatton Park is most famous for its annual flower show. This years flower show is due to take place in July from the 18th to the 22nd.
The flower show this year is crammed full of new features for visitors to feast their eyes upon. Flower features included in this years show include the orchestra flower gardens, local schools compete in the Summer fruit and vegetable competition and three designers are up against each other hoping to become National Young Designer of the Year 2012 and with it they will become the next big thing in flower gardening. As well as these fantastic features there is also a flower bed competition and the theme for this years flower beds is sport in celebration of the 2012 Olympics.
The flower show is set over 24 acres of parkland and offers designers young and old the chance to show how impressive their flower displays are. One of the main reasons why this flower show has become so popular is the fact that gardeners enjoy the relaxed atmosphere the flower show has to offer.
Gardeners who have flower displays at the show are more than happy to answer your questions on tricky flower problems that you might be experiencing at home.
As well as the flower competitions the flower show also has a competition for visitors. This year Tatton park can announce that Ladies Day is returning to the flower show. Women attending the flower show should note that the best dressed woman will receive a free bottle of champagne courtesy of Tatton Park.
