As the Jubilee comes to an end, there are lasting celebrations continuing throughout the UK. At Waddesdon Manor, a stately home in Buckingham shire, created a missive flower arrangement containing 48,000 flowers. The beautiful arrangement of flowers mirrors the logo that has been adopted for the jubilee, a cartoon style emblem with Queens Jubilee written along. The emplem was created by Chester born Katherine Dewar after winning a competition on Blue Peter.
It took almost 10 hours to put the flowers together by two expert florists, measuring almost 15 by 5 meters.
The flowers will remain on display but are expected to be destroyed when the first frost comes later on in the year.
